The location is convenient, with easy access to transport and close to shops, making it perfect for grabbing groceries or a hot meal. great value for money and a wonderful stay.

The hotel was located in a peaceful area with plenty of attractive parks to walk through. Also, it was convenient to get to the nearest shops. The room was very spacious, equipped with a kitchenette, and had great water pressure in the shower. I loved the lush towels and the curtains that blocked out the morning light. Plus, the staff were very good, and there were power outlets near the bed.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful owners, who even allowed my granddaughter to stay without charge. a great place to stay in Melbourne.

Disappointed with the cleanliness, especially condition of kitchen and bathroom. For a motor inn with the star rating we would have thought a lot higher standard as was indicated by my online booking. Three people occupying the room as was booked, only two towels.

We stayed 4 nights. On the whole it was very quiet and the location suited our needs.

I didn't like that the hotel was so dated. A few small changes: rendering the walls, offering doona's instead of old blankets, painting the room a neutral colour and updating a few things would make a huge difference. Despite the inverter heating it was still very cold because once off, heat just seemed to escape out the room. The travel cot provided was very hard and needed to be lined with more blankets to make comfortable.
